Program Day 1:
Morning: visit to the Papa Rouyo micro-distillery, oenology workshop and tastings.
Lunch at the restaurant with local flavors at Zezette, traditional cuisine or restaurant La Star anise, traditional cuisine.
Afternoon: visit of the Montebello distillery, visit of the cellars and tastings.
Program Day 2:
Morning: visit to the Bologna distillery, cellar visit and tastings.
Lunch in a restaurant at the Desmarets residence, gourmet cuisine or Caprice des Îles restaurant, traditional cuisine.
Afternoon: visit of the Longueteau distillery and the estate, tastings.
Program Day 3:
Morning: visit to the artisanal distillery of Gwadinina, sugar cane press, aging in barrels, bottling and tastings.
Local lunch at the inhabitant or traditional Indian restaurant La porte des Indes.
Afternoon: visit of the Reimonenq distillery, its rum museum and tastings
Program Day 4:
Morning: Meeting at the pier of Grand Bourg de Marie Galante
Visit of the Bielle distillery and tasting.
